First recorded in 1247. The oldest parts of the rear building date from Roman times. Seat of wealthy merchants, known as "Schürlinkeller" since 1362. Acquired in 1564 by Mayor Kaspar Krug. Mural with Justitia from the 2nd half of the 16th century. Front building converted in 1678 with summerhouse under Mayor Johann Ludwig Krug-Wettstein.
